Robert Graham from Errata Security has scanned the internet a month after the discovery of the Heartbleed bug. He found out that 318,239 servers are still vulnerable. However, he scanned only port 443 used for HTTPS connections and not other services using SSL. He also does not claim that his scan is complete. The survey shows that vast majority of the administrators  of 22 million servers using SSL took Heartbleed seriously and patched their systems.
